Terms of service

The service is provided by Onarvo Ltd trading as ContractWindow. You can reach us at support@contractwindow.com.

ContractWindow publishes information about UK public sector procurement. Two things sit side by side: notices currently open for bids, and contracts approaching expiry that we rank and annotate with an estimated re-tender window.

The underlying notices come from the Find a Tender service and contain public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We do not control that source and are not responsible for what buyers publish in it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Accounts belong to an organisation. Anyone you invite can see everything in that organisation, including its pipeline, and owners and admins can change billing. Do not invite someone you would not show your commercial pipeline to.

Seats are limited by your plan. You must not share one login between several people.

Re-tender windows are estimates we calculate, not announcements by any buyer. They are derived from published contract end dates and a lead time scaled to contract value. A buyer may go to market earlier, later, or not at all, may extend an incumbent, or may buy through a framework instead.

Contract values, end dates, supplier names and suitability flags are reproduced from notices as published. They contain errors, omissions and duplicates, and framework notices routinely state a whole-framework ceiling rather than a lot value. We label this where we detect it but we cannot correct the source.

Nothing here is legal, financial or procurement advice, and we do not guarantee that you will win anything. You must verify anything you rely on against the original notice before acting on it.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. The Radar plan is £49 per month. All prices are stated excluding VAT, and VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing rate where it applies.

You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months. If we change a price we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects you, and you may cancel instead.

Bid writing is a separate service, quoted and agreed before any work starts. A single bid is £1,500 and is charged once; the retained desk is £3,500 per month. Both exclude VAT.

We give an honest bid or no-bid view first, and if we think you cannot win we say so and do not invoice for that assessment. We write the response; you remain responsible for checking it, for the accuracy of anything you tell us, and for submitting it on time through the buyer's own portal. We never ask for or use your portal credentials.

We do not guarantee a win. Anyone who does is selling you something else.

You may use the data for your own bidding and business development. You may not scrape the site, resell or redistribute the dataset, use it to build a competing product, or share your access outside your organisation. Automated access is by arrangement only.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, lost opportunities or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. The service is provided as it is; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, do not pay, or use the service in a way that harms it or other customers. On termination your access stops; we keep records for as long as our privacy notice says.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
