The Combined Authority, therefore, seeks to appoint a competent Consultant (Consultancy firm) to provide a comprehensive and representative understanding of travel behaviour, including travel patterns, mode choice, accessibility, and distributional impacts to fully support transport planning and evaluation at a West Yorkshire level through the West Yorkshire Travel Survey (WY TRADS).
