What the buyer is asking for
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex (the Sussex PCC/the Authority) on behalf of itself and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey (the Surrey PCC/the Authority) are seeking to appoint a maximum of 32 of suppliers for the provision of vehicle maintenance services, as detailed in the ITT Statement of Requirements (Specification). The Requirement will be tendered as a multi-supplier framework divided into 4 (four) lots, listed within the ITT Statement of Requirements (Specification) document. A maximum of 8 suppliers may be awarded a contract on each Framework lot. To minimise environmental impact and vehicle downtime, suppliers' premises must be located within a 20-mile radius of the Authorities' workshops in Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex.

Tenders must be submitted through https://sell2.in-tend.co.uk/blpd. Submissions made by any other method will not be accepted. Prior to submitting a response to this upcoming Tender, Bidders are required to register on the Government Central Digital Platform (CDP - https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk) and complete their core Supplier Information. CDP registration is now mandatory for all suppliers tendering for a public contract. As a result, Bidders must ensure they are registered on the CDP and all information is complete and up to date. Supplier Information from the CDP will be required as part of the tender submission and failure to provide it will result in the tender being non-compliant.
