• Servicing and testing of Lightning Protection Systems

  The contractor is required to service the Lightning Protection Systems on an annual basis (1 service per year), 11 monthly testing is most suitable to ensure that the systems are fully compliant all year around as detailed.

• Schedule of Labour rates

  The University is looking for a schedule of labour rates for works on a required basis. This lot will also cover project works and refurbishment/repairs within University buildings.
