  Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance, reactive maintenance, repairs and minor works relating to HVAC systems, air conditioning, ventilation systems, ductwork, building management systems (BMS), controls, renewable energy systems and associated specialist equipment across the Council's property portfolio.

• Water Hygiene & Specialist Water Systems

  Delivery of water hygiene management, Legionella control services, water risk assessments, monitoring, testing, sampling, disinfection, treatment systems maintenance and associated specialist water system services across the Council's property portfolio.

• Lift Maintenance

  Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, emergency call-out, breakdown attendance, passenger release services, repairs and minor refurbishment works relating to lifts, platform lifts, stairlifts, goods lifts and associated lifting equipment across the Council's property portfolio.
