Lot 3: The Service will provide safe, suitable accommodation and flexible housing-related support for people experiencing repeated homelessness, severe multiple disadvantage and high housing-related support needs. The service will focus on stabilisation, sustainment of accommodation, access to wider support, independence and move on to settled housing.
