Targeted Supported Housing Support Services
What the buyer is asking for
The purpose of this service is to provide high-quality, integrated accommodation, housing-related support, care and mental health support for adults with complex and multiple needs. The service is intended to support people who are unable to sustain independent living without specialist accommodation-based support and who may also require specialist care, mental health support or other interventions as a person with eligible Care Act needs, or a person at risk of developing eligible Care Act needs if suitable stable accommodation cannot be secured. The service should, where required, include elements of a domestic support service to reduce the need for people to access residential care services by supporting residents to maintain their independence.
