The proposed dwellings comprise of 1-, 2-, 3-and 4-bedroom units with a mixed tenure, affordable and social rent. The following plots are to be affordable rent; 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28. Finally the housing development includes the construction of soft and hard landscaping areas, and an estate spine road. The spine road will run from Stopham Road through to the Network Rail site to the Northeast and will be constructed to adoptable standard but not adopted.
