What the buyer is asking for

CPI is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced consultancy providers to deliver specialist advisory and investigative services across a range of technical and professional disciplines. The framework will provide access to independent, evidence-based consultancy services, including but not limited to root cause accident and incident investigations, operational safety and risk management, regulatory compliance, asset integrity, project delivery, and organisational effectiveness. The appointed provider(s) will be required to supply competent, appropriately qualified professionals with the necessary expertise and experience to support CPI's operational requirements, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality consultancy services that contribute to safe, compliant, and effective business operations. Your response should explain the methodologies, processes and governance arrangements you will apply to undertake evidence gathering, analysis, root cause identification, technical assurance, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and the development and implementation of recommendations and corrective actions. Please supply examples to demonstrate how your proposed approach will deliver successful outcomes for the Authority.
• 30%qualityCapacity, Responsiveness and Quality AssuranceIn their response to the tender, bidders should indicate in the response to tender questionnaire. Describe how you will ensure the ongoing provision of suitably qualified and experienced specialists across the required disciplines throughout the Framework term, including the ability to respond to urgent requirements and manage multiple concurrent call-off commissions. Your response should detail your approach to resource planning, mobilisation, competence assurance, quality management, business continuity, and performance monitoring, including how you will manage delivery against agreed scope, programme, cost, quality and service requirements.
