Your response should include: • Details the competencies of your organisation and the key individuals to be assigned to this contract for delivering works and services to ensure safe, compliant and effective delivery of all inspection, maintenance and testing activities in line with the requirements detailed within the specification - 15% • An explanation of how your organisation maintains current and ongoing competency, including details of training programmes, refresher requirements, technical updates and mechanisms for ensuring key personnel remain fully up to date with regulatory changes, safety standards and specialist engineering practices throughout the Contract period - 5%
- 20%qualityMethodologyPlease provide a detailed methodology to show how your organisation will successfully deliver all inspections, maintenance and testing in line with the specification. Your response should include: • Details of how you will approach and undertake inspections, as detailed within Specification and Pricing Schedule - 5% • Your proposed maintenance programme to ensure that the cliff lift remains operational, safe and compliant with relevant regulations throughout the term of the contract (programme may be added as an attachment which will not count toward page limit, but must be clearly referenced) - 6% • Your approach to pro-active maintenance, to identify and address potential future issues before they materialise, to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum - 4% • Details of the resources to be applied to the monthly & annual maintenance service - 3% • Details of your process for responding to unplanned maintenance and emergency / out of hours assistance, including your response times, escalation processes and availability of call out engineers - 2%
