PROVISION OF SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION FOR LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN AND LEAVING CARE (AGED 16 Plus)
What the buyer is asking for
The Council requires 16 block bed units of 24/7 supported accommodation and 25 block bed units of floating support accommodation for young people at any one time as part of this contract. Beds that will be within floating supported accommodation will provide 3 support hours per person per week included in the cost. As a minimum, 80% of these contracted beds must be within the Borough, with the remaining 20% to be within a 6-mile radius of the Civic Centre 2 Watling Street Bexleyheath DA6 7AT, south side of the River Thames. Data source to be used for this, google maps. All beds must be ready and available for use at the start of the contract.
