What the buyer is asking for
Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) wishes to establish a contract with a single supplier for the identification & rectification of dampness, timber decay and infestation and mould/condensation problems within their Housing Stock. The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint a Supplier who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most advantageous tender. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from February 2027 to January 2029, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1 + 1 years (subject to contract review and budget availability).
