Norfolk Strategic Flood Risk Assessment
What the buyer is asking for
Norwich City Council, on behalf of Broadland District Council, Great Yarmouth Borough Council, North Norfolk District Council, Norwich City Council, South Norfolk Council and the Broads Authority, invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a new Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA). The purpose of which is to inform strategic planning decisions, the preparation of new Local Plans and inform development management decisions. The study should also identify where detailed Level 2 assessment works may be required across the study areas.

Evaluation Process – Suppliers will be evaluated on Quality (70%) and Price (30%) Key Dates - We would want to give anyone interested about 7 or 8 business days to express their interest and then 3 weeks to respond to the tender so if it was posted today – Expression of Interest by 5 pm 9th October, tenders returned by 30th October
