What the buyer is asking for
The Sheffield College is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of temporary agency workers and recruitment services across a range of academic, curriculum support, business support, technical, professional and specialist roles. The framework will provide a compliant route for the engagement of temporary agency workers and the recruitment of permanent and fixed-term employees where required. Services may include temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, executive search, candidate sourcing, advertising, screening, safeguarding checks and associated recruitment support services. The framework is anticipated to commence on 1st April 2027 for an initial period of two (2) years, with the option to extend for up to a further twenty-four (24) months at the College's discretion. The maximum framework term shall not exceed four (4) years. The estimated annual value of the framework is approximately £950,000, with an estimated total value of £3,800,000 inclusive of all extension options. The College does not guarantee any minimum level of spend under the framework.
