What the buyer is asking for

NHMF Frameworx on behalf of NHMF (NPC) members wishes to appoint a number of Consultancy Services, to two Frameworks, one for Direct Awards, and one for Mini Competitions. The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions. This tranche of works will include lots for: Stock Condition Surveys Asset Management Consultancy (including Procurement consultancy, Strategy Support, Services reviews etc.) Energy Performance Retrofit Consultancy

  Provision of Asset Management Services; call-off contracts awarded by Direct Award - services include but not limited to; • Option Appraisals; • Asset Management Strategies; • Management of Maintenance Reviews; • Operational Undertaking of Maintenance Reviews • Value for Money Reviews and Benchmarking of Costs; • Procurement Strategies • Procurement Management Consultancy • Contract Management • Mobilisation and Implementation Services • Environmental Surveys • Ecological Surveys • Drone and Telescopic Pole Surveys • GIS mapping of Estates • Tree Surveys • Validation of existing Stock Condition data and other data • Implementation and Training on Asset Management Software

• Asset Management Services - Mini-Competition

  The provision and lodging of domestic energy performance certificates ("EPC") to assets on both a planned programme and ad-hoc basis. The provision of advice on energy matters to those members entering into Call-Off contracts by Direct Award . Services include: Domestic & Non Domestic Energy Assessors For Further details refer to the ITT and Specification documentation.

• Energy Performance - Mini-Competition
