The IIA will need to incorporate Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Sustainability Appraisal (SA), Health Impact Assessment (HIA), Equality Impact Assessment (EqIA), Community Safety Impact Assessment (CSIA), and Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA), ensuring that environmental, social, health, equality and economic considerations are integrated into plan-making from the outset.
