Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA) for the Boston and South Holland Joint Local Plan

Boston Borough Council and South Holland District Council (BSH) are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake an Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA) to inform and test the emerging joint Local Plan. The IIA will need to incorporate Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Sustainability Appraisal (SA), Health Impact Assessment (HIA), Equality Impact Assessment (EqIA), Community Safety Impact Assessment (CSIA), and Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA), ensuring that environmental, social, health, equality and economic considerations are integrated into plan-making from the outset.
