What you must already have
Conditions of participation. These are pass or fail, so check them before writing anything.
- economic
Economic and financial standing: Livv will assess each supplier's Experian Commercial Delphi Score. A score of 41 or above passes. A lower score will not lead to automatic rejection. Livv may ask for further evidence, such as a parent company guarantee, and will consider it against the contract value. Guarantor: where a supplier relies on a guarantor, it must provide the guarantor's name and evidence of the guarantor's economic and financial standing. Livv may run credit checks, and insufficient standing may lead to rejection. Insurance: suppliers must confirm that, if awarded the contract, they will have the following insurance in place by the contract start date: Employer's liability £5m.
- technical
Relevant experience: suppliers must provide three examples of fuel card services they have delivered, with customer contact details. At least two must have been delivered within the last 3 years to organisations operating 50 or more vehicles. This is assessed pass/fail on whether the examples show relevant experience. Livv may contact the customers named. Data protection: suppliers must confirm they have, or will have by contract award, the people and technical measures to comply with UK data protection law, and briefly describe them, covering security, data subject rights, records of processing and any transfers outside the UK. Livv may reject a tender that does not show adequate measures. Where any qualification, certification or standard is referred to in the tender documents, Livv will accept equivalents.
