What the buyer is asking for
Weston College Group invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the completion of the yielding-up, dismantling, removal, site clearance and restoration works required at the College's Construction Training Centre (CTC). The works are required to facilitate the surrender of the site in accordance with planning obligations and landlord requirements and include the removal of modular buildings, associated structures, external works, below-ground services, foundations and hardstanding, together with reinstatement and restoration of the site. The programme of works is defined within the project master programme. The successful contractor shall act as Principal Contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and shall coordinate the project works. Certain specialist works will be undertaken by contractors appointed directly by Weston College. The Principal Contractor shall provide access, coordination, supervision and contractor attendances as described within this specification.

Tenders must provide responses using the ITT Form. The ITT can only be accessed following an Expression of Interest sent to AMTEC.procurement@weston.ac.uk. The college reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your tender in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in Instructions to Tenderers, Specification, Terms and Conditions and the Tender Response Form.
