  - Lot 1 - Property Insurance - Insurer led bids only Provision of property damage insurance covering, as appropriate, buildings, contents, infrastructure, plant and equipment and other assets owned, leased or managed by consortium members. Cover shall include material damage risks and associated business interruption or loss of revenue where applicable.

• Terrorism Insurance£1.7m

  - Lot 2 - Terrorism Insurance - Broker led bids accepted Provision of terrorism insurance protecting insured property and associated financial losses arising from acts of terrorism, including physical damage and any applicable consequential losses. Tenderers should detail the scope of cover, limits, exclusions and any arrangements involving Pool Re or equivalent terrorism reinsurance facilities.

• Casualty Insurance£14m

  - Lot 3 - Casualty Insurance - Insurer led bids only Provision of casualty insurance programmes comprising, where required: o Public Liability o Employers' Liability o Products Liability o Officials' and Members' Liability o Professional Indemnity (where applicable) o Abuse and Molestation Liability (where applicable) o Other related liability covers identified within the Schedule of Requirements.
