Best Start in Life Parent /carer panels
What the buyer is asking for
No Description:To support the delivery of the 2026-2029 Department for Education (DfE) Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme, Leicestershire County Council is seeking to commission a third-party provider to establish and coordinate a dedicated parent and carer engagement forum. The service will gather the voices and experiences of families from conception to age 2, and during transition into services for older children, ensuring that local families actively contribute to the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Family Hubs and Best Start for Life services. The commissioned provider will recruit, engage, train and mentor parents and carers to participate in co-production activities, creating a sustainable model where families are empowered to lead and support ongoing forums. This commission will help fulfil national expectations for family participation, co-design and collaboration, ensuring services reflect the needs of Leicestershire communities.
