How this is scored
Published by the buyer. A winning response is written to these weightings, not to the question.
- qualityTechincal (Quality)Tenderers bidding for multiple Lots are required to submit a single set of responses to the Quality Questions. These responses will be evaluated once, and the resulting Quality score will be applied to all Lots for which the Tenderer has submitted a Tender. Quality questions will be scored using the 0-100 scoring scale outlined in the Scoring Guide. The maximum achievable quality score is 100%. There will be a minimum score of 50 for the quality questions.
- priceCommercial (Price)Each bid will be assessed on both price and quality using the Price per Quality Point (PQP) method. The bid price for each lot (net cost for the service) will be divided by the quality score for each lot to produce a PQP value. The quality score will be based on the evaluation criteria set out in this tender. A lower PQP value indicates better overall value for money. This approach ensures that both cost and quality are considered fairly.
